Everything was great, ideal location near to restaurants and activities, the factory, and a short drive to many Native Forest Walks, such great experience. The rooms were neat and included a pay TV and good heating etc. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had good views over towards the sea. I enjoyed this nice hotel, it did not disappoint...
Some people working there were slightly disorganised.

Friendly staff 👋. the hotel is conveniently located near downtown, with lots of cafes, shops, and a great restaurant nearby. Plus, it's only a quick 1 km walk to the museum.

Getting out and seeing the sights of Westland. Beautiful country. Had not realized that the studion units where so small and lacking in amenities. Would not repeat.
Did not realize what compact meant. To small for a couple really, nowhere to cook, let alone room to eat a take away, no tables ect. But clean and quiet until the fire alarm went off three times during the early evening. No apologies. So/////////////

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Bella Vista and were upgraded to a spacious 2 bedroom house. It was clean, well-appointed, and just a short walk from town. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent, providing us with alternative accommodation and even a discount for a nearby restaurant. We were also able to easily walk to the Glow Worm Dell, which was a highlight of our trip.
The small table and chair in the house, which made it a bit challenging to have meals inside. Additionally, the wifi in our corner unit was unreliable, but fortunately, we had our own internet to use.
